Those interested in participating in the PhD Workshop are expected to fill in the application form and submit this together with their abstract - both forms are available for download here(abstract template) and here (application form). Abstracts should not exceed 500 words, and must include:
• The name of the PhD researcher
• The name of their institution/school
• The title of the PhD thesis
• The main aim and objectives of the PhD research
• Research method
• Expected outcomes
In the letter interest the applicants should present themselves, explain how they will benefit from participating in the workshop and why they should be selected. The student who attended an AESOP PhD workshop in the past would not be eligible to attend for the second time.
The deadline for application and abstract submission is 28th February, 2013.
Application forms and abstracts should be sent via email to email@example.com. They will be reviewed by the Workshop academic mentors and members of the Local Organising Committee. Notifications of acceptance will be emailed by the 31st March 2013. Upon receiving a notification of acceptance, registration and payment should be made via the AESOP/ACSP Joint Congress' online registration system at www.aesop-acspdublin2013.com. Please make sure that you choose the PhD Workshop option from the registration types.
